Associate Professor Dr. Harwati Hashim is the Deputy Dean (Research and Innovation) at the Faculty of Education, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She earned her Bachelor of Education (TESL) from the University of Malaya and her Master's and PhD in TESL from UKM. Her research focuses on Technology-Enhanced Language Learning (TELL), Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL), artificial intelligence in language education, digital pedagogy, and educational technology. She has published extensively in high-impact international journals, received numerous innovation awards, and actively serves as a keynote speaker, researcher, and supervisor in the fields of English language education and technology-enhanced learning.

He has published extensively in reputable international journals and conference proceedings, with particular expertise in data mining, brain-computer interfaces, intelligent health information systems, and evidence synthesis through bibliometric and systematic review approaches. Actively engaged in interdisciplinary research and academic collaboration, he also supervises research and contributes to advancing digital health and AI-driven innovations in higher education and healthcare.

Prof. Dr. Pakhrur Razi, S.Pd., M.Si., Ph.D. is a Professor in the Department of Physics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Padang, with extensive expertise in remote sensing, geophysics, disaster monitoring, and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) applications, particularly InSAR and PSInSAR for land deformation analysis. He earned his doctoral degree in disaster monitoring and radar physics from Chiba University and has established a strong international research profile through numerous publications, research collaborations, and innovations in geospatial technologies. His research focuses on utilizing satellite-based observations to support disaster risk reduction, environmental monitoring, and sustainable development, while actively contributing to the advancement of physics education and scientific innovation in Indonesia.
